What I love most about Whole Strength is the people who coach. I was pretty intimidated to come. I didn’t think people like me with very limited experience with weightlifting would be a good fit for CrossFit but once I got here the coaches were so patient I never felt they were frustrated with me. My biggest accompishment so far is doing movements I didn’t think I could do at the beginning. Now I can do handstand pushups, muscle ups, and double unders. I do this so I can extend my life.
